All Clients desiring Web Site design, E-Commerce, hosting or contract sales are required to fill out a credit application, sign a Terms of Use & Conditions Form, and sign a sales contract for all transactions of business. Payments by Automatic monthly checks or credit card processing have additional forms of Authorization for Bank Drafts.

If desiring funding by a lease, a leasing application and contract must be signed to be submitted to the leasing company for approval. Once approved a Lease Contract must be signed and verbal approval authenticated.

All accounts are prepaid monthly for storage, dialup and co-location. All payments are due in our office by the first of the month. If payment is not received by the fifth day of the month a 10% late fee is applied at the close of business, 5:00 pm Central Standard Time. Any unpaid balance is accessed the 10% late fee for non-payment of account. A minimum of $5.00 US funds is charged for account processing on late payments.

Termination of services occurs on accounts that are delinquent after the tenth day of the month. A thirty-five dollar termination fee is then applied. All fees must be paid in full along with a one month deposit before services will be restored.

Contract work that is done on an hourly rate has to be pre-approved. Credit limits will be established for all contract work.
