• Website Design and Operations
Most websites can be edited online using a simple type program of notpad or Ultra Edit. The online editor is in
programming format and we use unix as the bas program. If editing in front page live, you will need to set your prefrence to Unix operating system
under the tools tab in front page before editing. Always set up an archive of the pages using the browser login and file manager. This prevents lost of
pages due to lost of internet conncetion or computer viruses. We do make a back up cd of our files and information for permant record.
• Email Operations
In the control panel all email accounts and management can be processed.
• Publication Request
Most processing of images are in Photoshop in either jpg, psd, pfd and Tif files are used by publication companies. When
requesting images which state what they are being used for where the proper files format will be provided to the graphics company.
• Software Request
When request assistance with computer programs please use your help files with the associated program. Our consulting fee
is at $65 an hour with minium of first hour. If requesting Presentation of website for a trade show power point or CD production. Please request a full
quote of how many hours might be esitmated.
• Graphic Request
Creation of graphics needs to be describe in size, shape, color and what it will be used for in the short and long term prior
to begining the project.
• Other Support
If requesting consultants or reviewers look at design prior to publicing on the internet, there will be a billing rate of
$65 an hour for each request or time frame to update changes and converations on emails.
